Scope
This policy applies to ZoeRelay’s website, dashboard, APIs, chat tools and integrations. A business using ZoeRelay controls the customer-support content it submits. ZoeRelay processes that content to provide the service.
Data we process
We process account and workspace details, authentication and security events, support conversations, messages, contacts, tickets, configured integration data, operational telemetry, billing records and information voluntarily supplied to support. Connected services may provide data according to the permissions a workspace administrator grants.
How data is used
Data is used to authenticate users, deliver customer-support and automation features, route and secure requests, maintain reliability, prevent abuse, provide requested integrations, support billing and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not use integration credentials as advertising data.
Sharing and service providers
We disclose data only as needed to provide configured services, operate infrastructure, process payments or email, comply with law, protect rights and security, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. Workspace administrators decide which optional integrations to connect.
Security and retention
ZoeRelay uses access controls, workspace isolation, encrypted transport, secret protection, logging controls and bounded retention processes. No service can guarantee absolute security. Retention varies by data type and legal or contractual requirements; authorized workspace controls and legal holds may affect deletion timing.
Your choices
Users can update profile information and authorized administrators can manage workspace data and integration connections. Requests to access, correct, export or delete personal data may be sent to [email protected]. We may need to verify identity and authority before acting.
International processing and changes
Service providers may process data in jurisdictions outside a user’s location under applicable safeguards. We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change and will post the updated date here.
