Using ZoeRelay
You must be legally able to enter an agreement, provide accurate account information and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for users, workspaces, content, connected services and automation configured through your account.
Acceptable use
Do not use ZoeRelay to violate law or third-party rights, distribute malware, evade security controls, gain unauthorized access, send unlawful or unsolicited communications, or process data without an appropriate legal basis. Do not interfere with service availability or attempt to extract another workspace’s data.
Customer data and integrations
You retain rights in data you submit and authorize ZoeRelay to process it to provide and secure the service. You are responsible for notices, permissions and instructions relating to end-customer data. Third-party services have separate terms and may change or discontinue their APIs.
Plans, limits and availability
Features and usage limits depend on the selected plan. Paid services may renew according to checkout terms. We may suspend access for security threats, abuse, non-payment or legal requirements. We work to keep ZoeRelay reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Intellectual property
ZoeRelay and its product materials remain owned by their respective owner. These terms grant a limited right to use the service during an active account; they do not transfer product ownership. Feedback may be used to improve ZoeRelay without an obligation to compensate the contributor.
Termination and liability
You may stop using the service and disconnect integrations. We may terminate or restrict access for material violations. To the extent permitted by law, ZoeRelay is provided without implied warranties and liability is limited to direct, foreseeable loss under the applicable agreement. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
